I had been hearing about these and researched the benefits. Fast forward. I used it right out of the box. Super simple. There are multiple settings i chose #3. Be careful because you can feel the electricity. I put it on and instantly felt it working. You can even see the muscles relaxing and contracting. 15 minutes and you literally feel and see the difference. I have been so pleased with this that I ordered the one for abs ❤️
